It seems that a couple of days ago, Rakesh paid a visit to Anil Kapoor and asked him if could cast Sonam opposite his son Hrithik. Anil was very thrilled and immediately agreed.
It seems that the director was very impressed by what he saw of Sonam in Saawariya. He wants to ensure that the Hrithk and Sonam pair becomes popular before the Abhishek and Sonam starrer Dilli 6 starts its promos.
Of course, he was not willing to make any announcement, saying only that he was working on the script. The last one had heard was that Sonam was negotiating with Eros International to play the lead in its next film opposite Hrithik. But if Rakesh has his way, he will cast Sonam and Hrithik together before Eros.
